Resilience and  Reflection is a programme that is focused on you. We explore if there is a ‘cost to caring’, examine the factors that may place you at risk, and consider the cumulative effect of difficult and challenging interactions.

This course will introduce self-care mechanisms and help you to create a tool kit which you can draw on when you need to support yourself after a call. We consider the definitions of compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma and discuss how these conditions can be identified and addressed individually and organisationally.

This one day course runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm with breaks for lunch and comfort.

Group Bookings

If you are interested in making a group training booking for 5 people or more, please contact us at hey@kiltti.co.uk and let us know.

We will discuss your particular training needs and adjust our course accordingly.

It will not cost you more than booking on an open course.

We want all participants to have the best and most engaging training.  Our considerable training expertise tells us that, participants learn not just from the contents of the course, but from each other’s experiences so we would encourage you to book training on open courses for a few of your team at a time.

We have found that if there are too many people from one organisation on an open mixed course, they are less likely to collaborate with others (it’s natural to want to stick with who/what you know) and that their particular issues can dominate discussions. So we suggest that If your training needs mean you require more than 4 workers trained at once, it is better for all concerned if the training is adapted to suit your organisation’s needs.
