Beyond Blue
Identifying callers who are potentially vulnerable or at risk of suicide is a learned skill. Our course "Beyond Blue" is designed to aid the call handler in recognising the signs of when a client or caller is in danger and gives them the tools to affectively respond to the needs of the vulnerable individual in the first instance. A CPD recognised course, delivered via zoom for your team's convenience.
