Are you looking to introduce kindness as a core value into your workplace?

Do you want to make some changes in your organisation in a kind and effective way?

Perhaps you need to write, or update, your policies and procedures to comply with legislation or to attract funding?

Or maybe you want to set up a customer care line or helpline?

Here at Kiltti, we have the experience to help you.

Coaching:
Kindness for yourself

Rachael Smiling_edited_edited.jpg

We would also like to help you be a little bit kinder to yourself too.

If you can relate to feeling angry, dismissive, judgemental, short-tempered, critical and frustrated, then its time to take action and allow yourself a little self-care.

As your personal coach, I will help you to realise that you have the skills and abilities to move towards where you want to be. I will show you that, with kindness, you can become more confident to overcome those things that are holding you back.

I understand that the first step is difficult, so get in touch and we’ll take that step together
